Answers to frequently asked questions about our rapid tests.
Is the result a diagnosis?
No. Our tests are screening tools for home use. They do not diagnose diseases or replace medical advice or laboratory tests. A positive or doubtful result should be confirmed with a healthcare professional.
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped in a neutral, unmarked envelope, completely discreetly. Orders are prepared in our EU logistics center and delivered throughout Spain. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
How long does it take for the result to arrive?
Each test provides the result in a few minutes following the instructions included in the kit.
Do I need to go to a laboratory or make an appointment?
No. You perform the test yourself at home, without an appointment or travel.
Are the tests reliable?
These are screening tests for home use. No screening test is 100% accurate; a reactive result should be confirmed with a healthcare professional.
What do I do if my result is positive?
A positive result is not a diagnosis. Contact your doctor or health center, who can confirm it and guide you. In case of emergency, call 112.
Can I return a test?
Please consult our Return Policy. As these are sealed health products, some returns may be restricted for hygiene reasons once the packaging is opened.
