Please read this medical notice carefully. It explains what our products are, what they are not, and how to use them safely and responsibly.
Intended Use
The products we sell are rapid self-test kits for home use. They provide a screening indication from a sample taken at home.
Not a Diagnosis or Medical Advice
These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information on this website and any test results do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not make decisions about your health based solely on the result of an at-home test.
Not a Substitute for Laboratory Testing
Rapid self-tests are not a substitute for laboratory tests performed or ordered by a healthcare professional. A positive result should always be confirmed by appropriate testing before drawing conclusions.
Limitations
No screening test is 100% accurate. False positive and false negative results can occur. In some infections, it takes time for antibodies or markers to appear, so testing too early may give a negative result even if an infection is present. A negative result does not completely rule out an infection.
When to Seek Medical Attention
Consult a healthcare professional if you have a positive result, are experiencing symptoms, have had a recent exposure, or are unsure how to interpret your result. In the UK, you can:
- Contact your GP or visit an NHS Walk-in Centre.
- Call 111 for non-emergency medical advice.
